Overview
This website is operated by Danny Suede. By visiting dannysuede.com and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms plus our Privacy and Refund policies.
Products
- Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate. Screen colors vary.
- Print-on-demand manufacturing means slight placement/color variance is normal and not a defect by itself.
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that looks fraudulent, abusive of discounts, or impossible to fulfill.
NFT / discount redemptions
Some discounts (including Wonderneath NFT holder offers) are limited, may require a code, and can be changed or ended. Holding an NFT does not by itself create a perpetual right to free merch unless a specific written offer says so. Abuse (sharing codes publicly, stacking against rules) can void the discount.
Intellectual property
Music, images, writing, and merch designs on this site are owned by Danny Suede or used with permission. You may not copy, resell blank-of-design, or register my marks as your own. Fan references in product copy are not official licensed partnerships unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Danny Suede is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
